[karoo-users] SRTP and SIPS

SRTP is end to end.  Thus it is negotiated from caller to callee.  Karoo 
will relay SRTP transparently.  TLS and Web Socket transports in Karoo 
will be in version 1.6 which is expected to be out by 4th quarter.
